It is also located very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofia Museum, the Prado Museum, the Madrid Planetarium and the Retiro Park.

The apartment:

This modern 1-bedroom apartment is carefully designed to optimise and maintain a contemporary aesthetic.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a 50 EUR cash supplement.
