The apartment:

Specially designed to optimise space and provide an elegant and comfortable environment, the apartment combines in a cosy space the dining area, a large American-style kitchen equipped with the latest utensils and appliances, and the spacious living room with a double sofa bed, Smart TV and access to a beautiful private terrace perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views at any time of the day.

The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds and built-in wardrobes. For the greater comfort of our guests, the apartment has a second full bathroom with a bathtub.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a 50 EUR cash supplement.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
