Marvellous 3-bedrooms apartment located in the heart of Marbella's Old Town (Casco Antiguo) (Town Hall). In the middle of the famous Orange Square (Plaza de Los Naranjos), this ideal holiday stay is surrounded by picturesque Andalusian narrow streets, and a myriad delightful shops, bars, and restaurants to explore.
Casa Nueva, on the 1st floor, comprises: access by stairs only; entrance to the apartment; living/dining room with a sofa, and two small balconies overlooking the Orange Square; fitted openned kitchen with hob, , microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine; master bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and separate full bathroom with shower plate. Second bedroom with double bed and the third one 2 singles beds with another bathroom with shower.The apartment is equipped with A/C throughout. This holiday home is ideal for 6 guests or less being more comfortable.
Marbella's wonderful Historic Center is peppered by typical Andalusian spots; enjoy genuine tapas gastronomy at places such as Bar del Estrecho or La Niña del Pisto, or savour quality wine in the romantic narrow streets lined by geraniums. Explore the Church of the Incarnation, the Hermitage of Santiago, the Museum of Engraving, the city wall of Marbella... Reach the beach of La Venus in a 5-minute walk through La Alameda and La Avenida del Mar, with sculptures by the world-renowned Salvador Dalí. The area offers all amenities you may wish for.

Built within the still-standing walls of the Moorish Alcazaba of Marbella, its street plan preserves the irregular layout characteristic of the Arabic era, although some of its narrow streets lead to plazas designed and built after the Christian Conquest.

The Ayuntamiento (City Hall), built in the sixteenth century and enlarged in the eighteenth, stands on this beautiful plaza. Even older than the Ayuntamiento is the Casa del Corregidor (House of the Magistrate), adjoining the Capilla de Santiago Apóstol (Chapel of Saint James the Apostle), both of which were built in the sixteenth century. Plaza de Los Naranjos, as the nerve centre of the old city, sees establishments of all types confer around it, hosting tourists who generally choose this place for a short rest after a tour of the historical district.
The former Hospital Bazán, built in the sixteenth century, today houses the Museo del Grabado Español (Museum of Spanish Engraving), considered the best of its type in Spain. A stone's throw away stands La Encarnación Church, a stunning temple whose construction dates back to the seventeenth century. With its historical and artistic value, the Old Town of Marbella is a refuge of enchantment and tranquillity where the nobility of its buildings meets charming establishments and bustling terraces, in a unique atmosphere of blended cosmopolitanism and tradition.

Unbeatable location in the heart of the Old Town, next to Plaza de Los Naranjos, and a pleasant 10-minute walk from La Venus beach. All amenities are nearby, so the car is not necessary.

Final cleaning included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
