The villa is only a 5 minute walk to Holetown beach, also within walking distance is the very upscale shopping complex Lime Grove, where you can find the finest high end retailers, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes and a cinema.

This lovely semi-detached villa sleeps up to 4 adults with a private terrace and lovely garden.
There is one Queen size bed (UK king) and a twin bedroom, however the twin will be replaced by a Queen size bed in May 2025.
Two shower rooms upstairs, (one en-suite) and a cloakroom with basin and toilet downstairs.
Well equipped living room, with TV & firestick with various streaming apps , also wi-fi and local telephone. The kitchen and breakfast bar is equipped for modern living.

The bedrooms have air conditioning and fans, the main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a safe.
Also a lovely terrace.
There are ceiling fans in the lounge/dining area.

There is an generous average electricity allowance of 20 units per day, extra use is chargeable. A/C and fans should be used economically. Meters will be read on arrival and departure. (Extra usage of electric will be charged at 30 pence per unit).
