The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan lounge (with sofabed), kitchen, diner making this a truly unique property in which to stay.
Fully renovated and interior designed (Sept '24) in a Japandi style this apartment is sure to provide a relaxing stay with ocean retreat vibes. The lounge and master bedroom each have a 55 inch smart TV and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
Mumbles is a bustling seaside town with a vast array of cafes, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The George pub is located right next door for lunch and evening meals and a great brunch spot is located less than 20m away at Full of Graze. Several grocery stores are within a ten minute walk and Mumbles bay and promenade are located opposite the apartment.
Free parking is available directly in front of the property (3 spaces behind the bus stop) and in front of the George pub next door (10 spaces), all are on a first come first served basis. Paid for parking is available in the car park opposite (currently being re-tarmacked due to be re-open April '25) or the paid for car park 50m up the road by Verdi's ice cream parlour. For guests staying for 7 days (or close to), a visitor permit can be purchased directly from Swansea Council for £25 for up to 7 days parking, please let us know when booking if you would like to arrange this.
Please note this apartment is located on the first floor of the property with no lift so it might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
