This stunning maisonette provides exceptional accommodation over 3 floors, offering 2,400sq/ft of beautifully proportioned rooms, boasting fine original features including detailed ceiling cornices, magnificent original stained glass and sash windows with working shutters throughout. The property is beautifully styled and decorated to an extremely high standard and has SONOS speakers throughout the entire property.
Private access to the property is reached through the landscaped front garden up marble stairs to the front main door, bringing you into the entrance area which leads to a particularly spacious and grand central hallway with oak herringbone flooring throughout.
Original staircase and carved banister lead to the half landing with ornate stained-glass windows to the rear which provides access to the second bedroom and its adjoining en suite.

Integrated appliances include a full height fridge and freezer, two further wine fridges, a Bosch dishwasher and IVLE gas 5-burner twin range cooker with overhead extractor for all your cooking needs. There is a central island unit and an oval, oak dining table and chairs.
There is access to the balcony through a half-glazed door with original sash side windows.
