As you step into Villa Avery, youre immediately captivated by the sweeping, unobstructed sea views that greet you. Every corner of the open-plan space invites you to unwind and soak in the beauty of your surroundings with its floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area, seamlessly integrated with the kitchen and three luxurious bedrooms, offers a sanctuary of comfort and elegance.
The living room showcases an expansive 85" LG TV, a luxurious and cozy sofa, a stylish MOGG coffee table, and a contemporary indoor firepit, all coming together to create a soothing and serene ambiance. Nearby, the dining area boasts a one-of-a-kind MOGG dining table, designed to comfortably seat up to 10 guests, and where every meal is accompanied by the awe-inspiring backdrop of the endless blue of Souda Bay.
The fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a wine cooler, makes a self-catered holiday seem effortless, while the island with its four sleek stools, creates the perfect setting for your morning coffee.
