This cozy and stylish living room features a warm, inviting ambience with leather sofas surrounding a classic fireplace. It is painted in calming blue tones, complemented by white shelving and tasteful decor. A large bay window allows ample natural light, with plantation shutters providing privacy. A flat-screen TV and bookshelf add both functionality and charm to the room.
The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The dining area, located adjacent to the kitchen, features a spacious table surrounded by comfortable chairs, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining guests. The open layout allows for easy flow between the kitchen and dining space.
The terrace and garden provide a serene outdoor escape, an ideal spot for morning coffee. It's equipped with comfortable seating and can accommodate a dining area for alfresco meals.
This spacious house features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring ample family accommodation. Three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while another includes two single beds, perfect for kids. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, providing a restful retreat. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Alternatively, the A6 provides frequent bus services (No. 192) to Manchester and Stockport every few minutes.
The Heaself offers plenty of entertainment, with various restaurants and bars along Heaton Moor Road and School Lane. For a unique experience, catch a film at the historic Savoy Cinema, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer. Afterwards, you might consider dining at the Easy Fish Co., a renowned seafood restaurant and fishmonger. With numerous options for dining and drinking nearby, everything you need is within easy reach.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Heaton Chapel, is just a 5-minute walk.
Manchester Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
