The Space:
This spacious interior has been finished to a high standard with plush furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The large open plan living space is made up of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The 2 generous double bedrooms feature comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as ample storage space for clothes. The modern family bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Waterloo area of Liverpool, you are within stone's throw of an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Crosby Beach, home to Antony Gormley's Iron Men is just 15 minutes walk away, a great place to enjoy a walk, with lovely views across the bay and out to sea. Waterloo train station is also just 10 minutes walk away, with regular train services into central Liverpool taking just 30 minutes.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, you have an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep, as well as a supermarket and cinema. There are regular train services into central Liverpool taking just 30 minutes from Waterloo station. It is a 20 minute drive or Taxi Ride to central Liverpool.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
