My home is a naturally light filled, gallery vibes loft filled with art and photography from around the world (most of work is mine & the rest local London artists).

Situated over 2 floors treat this as your home away from home. (There are 2 sets of stairs so not suitable for anyone with accessibility needs or kids)

There is a private entrance to the first floor which opens to an eclectic large styled open plan living room and kitchen space.

The lounge has a wall mounted TV with all the latest streaming services. Sonos sound system is main living and master bedroom.

The kitchen has full amenities, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob as well as filtered - hot / chilled / sparkling water from the tap. You have an Nespresso machine and many local cafes at your doorstep. Heating throughout the property.

There is super fast wifi throughout, so easy to work from the main living room area. Most of house is hooked up to Alexa for easy access.

On this first floor is a guest double bedroom with a wet room shower, toilet and basin.

Upstairs, is the main bedroom with views on both sides and plenty of natural light. The main bathroom with bath, WC, basin and separate shower.

You have access to the private roof top terrace with views across London.

As this is my private home, I can configure the house as 1 bed or 2 bed. We can discuss the when you book.

1 bed configuration is with the main bedroom locked, as it is my master bedroom.

The office is always locked and not accessible.

Dalston is the heart of East London. Centrally located to vibrant and fabulous scene of bars, clubs, restaurants. coffee shops.

Close to Ridley Road Market, Dalston Superstore, Dalston Curve Gardens, Dusty Knuckle.

A truly diverse mix of cultures, cuisines and activities. You won’t want to leave the area.

Transport: The flat is located near Dalston Junction (2mins) & Dalston Kingsland stations (5mins).

You are super close to central London, Hackney, Shoreditch, Camden and Highbury and Islington (overground) and via bus (56, 30, 67, 76, 243 and 149) to Liverpool St and London Bridge.

If you do venture out, you are 10mins walk to the canal and 20mins walk to Broadway Market and green spaces like Newington Green, Clissold Park, Hackney Downs and London fields. 30mins to London Bridge on the bus and trains will get you into Oxford Circus in 30mins.

From London Heathrow you can travel with lift access for luggage all the way.

Please note, Dalston is a lively neighbourhood. It is a quiet street 90% of the time. The rear bedroom is always quiet at night. However, we are next to a pub, which occasionally is loud in the evening. So, you need to factor in if you are happy with the outside noise.
