We offer a comfortable and pleasant stay in an airy and sunny apartment located in the heart of Athens, 8 minutes by foot from metro station (Ampelokipoi Station), which is 3 stations away from Syntagma Square and 4 stations from Acropolis and Monastiraki station.

The apartment (fully renovated on June 2020) is on the third floor of a five-floor building and consists of 1) Βedroom with double bed, a smart 32" tv and all the necessary equipment, 2) Living room with a double bed sofa, a smart 43" tv and dining area, 3) kitchen with electrical appliances and washing machine, 3) Bathroom with hydro massage shower and 6) A street view balcony to enjoy your coffe and a kitchen auxiliary balcony. The appartment has fast 100mbps wifi internet and on tv is also available the EON TV streaming (82 hd channels) and video on-demand subscription channel. We also provide reduced noise with double glass windows with mosquito nets and blinds, sun tents, and all the necessary appliances to prepare your own coffe and meal.

Reaching the Apartment from the airport:
By Metro (direction Dimotiko Theatro) every 30 minutes (line 3, blue) to Ampelokipoi Station (12 stops) Traveling time from the airport to Ampelokipoi: 32 minutes plus 7-8 mins walking to property.

There is great variety of shops within 1 min walk from the property around this safe neighborhood, including bakery (just downstairs), coffee shops, super market, mini market, drugstore etc. Further down within a 5 minute walk there are also a building complex of Greek courts, the Police Headquarters of Athens, 2 Hospitals as well a 24 h first aid station. Upon reaching Alexandras Avenue (5 min walk) you can find more restaurants, bakeries, cinemas etc. Further up acroos Alexandra's Avenue you will start climbing the slopes of Lycabettus Hill, which is the central hill of downtown Athens. At its top next to St Georges chapel you can enjoy the 360 view of Athens and it suburbs. From there you can reach and explore every corner of Athens center.
