The villa is close to amenities, with a mini market and restaurant are just 10 minutes’ walk away. A short 5 minutes’ drive away from the villa is the Monte Palace, where you can explore the beautiful botanical gardens. Also from the Palace, you could hop onto the cable car going towards Funchal city centre and enjoy the views. If you’d like to experience something unique, you could try the “Monte Sledge,” an exhilarating ride through the streets in a wicker toboggan.
