Welcome to our charming 2 bed self catering home for up to 6 guests located on a quiet and peaceful side road on popular Bath Road, close to Regency Cheltenham.
Fully Furnished and equipped this self catering home offers the following accommodation: Private entrance with entrance porch to hang your coat, leading to a comfy lounge diner with 'L' sofa (that can be set up on request to a double sofa bed), wall mounted flat screen TV and a dining table for up to 4 guests. The living room also offers a beautiful log burner (we can supply logs on request). There's a separate kitchen with, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer too.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a modern shower room.
For parking there is a a public car park just around the corner (Bath Terrace Car Park) and parking there is £6 per day.
Our home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

Bath Road is a popular location to short stays and has lots of artisan bakeries and independent cafes and restaurant close by. Moran's is a popular spot for food and has a great reputation in the area and beyond and is literally at the end of the road. Go down bath road and you'll be at Cheltenham College quickly and the town centre. Go up Bath Road and you'll end up on Leckhampton Hill, one of the Cotswolds Hills and famous for The Devils Chimney jutting out of its side.

Your furry friends are welcome but we do charge £15 per pet per day.
A basket of kiln dried logs along with some kindling, firelighters and matches can be ordered in advance for £15 per basket.
Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar . Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as cooking oils, however, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.
The home comes with complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV which enables you to access your own streaming accounts.
We also supply all linen for both double beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with shower gel, shampoo & face / body cream. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
- We welcome pets but do charge £15 per day per pet to cover the extra cleaning costs that are often required.
- This home is strictly no smoking - this does include the rear garden.
- Every effort will be made to give you the most comfortable stay possible. If you do have any issues or concerns please let us know when you check in so we can help resolve these as quickly as possible for you.
- Out of respect for the nearby neighbourhood noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.
