Please, be informed that there is still some construction work going on around the building. We can assure you that the rooms will be quiet and undisturbed, however you may encounter workers and see construction materials as you enter the building, which may be slightly disturbing. We have therefore discounted our rates so that if you decide to book with us, you can enjoy the best prices in these completely new refurbished apartments.

➤ CHECK-IN AND CITY TAX
All guests, including Czech citizens, are required by law to complete an online check-in form before check-in. This includes providing ID information and paying a city tourist tax. You will receive a secure link to complete the necessary information.

➤ GUEST COUNT
Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests you booked.

➤ CHILD SAFETY
Please note that while the apartment is family-friendly, it has not been childproofed. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety during their stay.

➤ EXTRA SERVICES upon request
-Baby traveler kit (baby cot, high chair, surprise toy) - 500 CZK (~€20). Must be requested no later than 24 hours before arrival
-Late check-out until 13:00 - 500 CZK(~€20), must be requested no later than 24 hours before arrival
-Parking in the city centre (limited capacity) - 600 CZK (~€24) per night, in case we are fully -booked we are happy to provide a discount with our partners - Mr.Parkit.

➤ RULES & FEES
-Smoking - 5 000 CZK (~€200). Smoking inside the property is not allowed. If this rule is violated, a fee will be charged to cover professional ozone odor removal.
-Loss of keys - 2 500 CZK (~€100)

Before arriving, please complete the online check-in form and provide all requested personal information.
A city tax of 55 Kč per person per night is not included in the price of your stay and is payable during online check-in.

- Baby cot
A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of 500 CZK (~€20).

- Smoking
Smoking inside the property is not allowed. If this rule is violated, a fee will be charged 5000 CZK (~€200)
