Villa Levante stands as a villa with privileged views in the charming town of Villajoyosa.

A few minutes from the town of Villajoyosa and 25 minutes from the city of Alicante. This villa captivates its guests with its outdoor spaces, where a swimming pool allows us to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor tables, ping pong, foosball, and barbecue. It is a desirable place for outdoor gatherings.

The villa itself, distributed on two floors, exudes charm and comfort. The upper floor houses a cosy living room, a pleasant dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, all perfectly connected to a balcony terrace with its outdoor dining area, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.

The villa consists of three bedrooms distributed on both levels. One has access to a private balcony, while another has direct access to the pool area. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, air conditioning and TV, and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite to the master bedroom.

Also has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth music system and 2 private parking spaces outside.
