PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No groups under 25 years of age are allowed
• No pets allowed on the property

• Do not exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (including children)
• No trash or unwashed dishes should be left on the property after check-out, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• Non-compliance with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without a refund

TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
