Designed on a single level, navigating this lovely space is a breeze. We value your privacy, hence have included a separate entrance for you. We make sure you are kept secure during your stay with a surveillance camera monitoring the front door. A noise monitor is in place to detect decibels, preventing any undue disturbances.

Our guests enjoy unrestricted access to the entire studio, providing additional privacy and space. Simple, secure self-check-in system details will be provided prior to your arrival, making your ingress smooth and hassle-free. In addition to an inviting studio, we offer free on-premise parking that takes the worry out of stowing your vehicle. Ensuring comfort from your very arrival.

Surveillance camera in the property, only monitoring the front door, for your safety as well as ours.

Hot tub is an additional service we can provide subject to availability. This comes at an additional charge to the stay.

A noise monitor is present, which can only detect the decibels in the property, to prevent parties.

10 a.m. is our standard check-out time however, we offer a 2-hour later check-out for 12 noon, if this better suits your stay with us, for a small fee of £30, subject to availability.

Check-out is when the keys are received back, if this is later than the agreed check-out time, you will incur a charge. The charge is dependent on how much later the keys are received.

There is also a fully refundable security deposit of £100, which is collected offline, we require prior to check in.

If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 3 - 5 working days after your check-out.

We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill) to be uploaded in a third party link.

Our customer service team closes at 10 p.m., it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in. Please note verification can take up to an hour to complete.
