TERMINI 2 is a spacious and bright apartment located in the historical centre. It sits on the 1st floor with elevator of a building on Via Volturno, just off Termini Central Station. The apartment is 140 square metres (1500 square feet) in size and is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi Internet connection, Smart TV with Internet access, telephone with free calls to European and North American land lines.

This rate includes: * Utilities * Air conditioning (1.6 30.9) and heating (1.11 15.4). * Cleaning assurance: if you do not find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I will have the apartment cleaned again, free of charge. * WiFi Internet connection * Courtesy kit (soap and shampoo) * Bed linen and towels EXTRAS : * Car transfer to/from airport/stations * Baby cot (less than 2 yo) : free

CHECK IN TIME: any time after 4pm, but I am flexible! Please ask me for an early check in possibility. Check in always free of charge with automated procedure (Self Check In, full settlement and ID required before arrival). As an alternative, if you require my presence for checking you in after 8pm, you will have to consider a late arrival fee of 30 Euros (before midnight) or 50 Euros (after midnight). CHECK OUT TIME : before 10am I m happy to host your beloved pets for 50 Euros extra cleaning per stay.

In Termini also crosses the 2 Metro lines and trains from Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport.

Flat in Rome

Great location. Great communication between myself and Massimo while we were there. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants (and gelato) nearby. Close to Termini as well for a quick getaway if travelling on from Rome.

Amazing flat and location

The flat was perfect for our extended family of 13. We had plenty of room for everyone and the large table was perfect for our family. The location was excellent as it is very close to Termini and you can easily take buses or the metro to anywhere in Rome. We highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Rome. Massimo was very responsive and attentive to our needs.

It was a decent stay

This apartment was good. Bed was good, kitchen was fairly stocked. Plenty of space in apartment. Host was fairly quick to respond to inquiries. There was a very heavy sewage smell coming out of one of the bathrooms closest to one of the bedrooms and the front door. Also they required us to clean up and take out the trash while having a cleaning fee.

great experience

We were 8 people. Two friends family traveling from USA to Italy first time. We had great stay at this property. Here are the highlights. - Great location, easily accessible from Train station (just 7-8 mins walk)as well as bus stop. -Safe location, we were roaming late midnight and we found no issues. Nearby grocery stores and Indian restaurant right in front of this building. -Apartment was specious with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and Kitchen and dining tables, 10-12 people can easily eat food together on dining table - There was washer in the apartment but no dryer. So, we were not used to dry our cloths outside window in fresh air. It takes good amount of time to dry the cloths if you planing to wash your cloths during your stay. - Above all, communication with owner Massimo Marini was excellent. He made sure our stay was comfortable. Thank you Gaurav Dave (Chicago, USA)

Check In Process Needs Improvement

Nice property and location. They would not allow us to drop off baggage on site prior to check in at 4pm which caused lots of difficulty and extra expense. They offered to keep them in storage off site but it was a little sketchy and not practical. Massimo, the property manager, would not come on site to help check in my family when there was a problem opening the electronic door. It took over an hour for elderly and young family members to get into the flat, which was very stressful. Ultimately, we were able to resolve it over the phone after quite a bit of troubleshooting. Massimo generally did a nice job communicating for weeks prior to check in and throughout the stay. However we were disappointed that he would not come on site to help when we asked repeatedly and were having problems. We were also disappointed that they would not allow us to store baggage on site. I hope they will improve the check in process and allow baggage storage on site in the future for other guests. Thank you.
