Casa Lujo, a stunning luxury ground floor villa with sea views. It has 4 bedrooms, accommodating 8 guests in total. Within walking distance to the local beaches, bars and restaurants of Moraira. This is a fabulous holiday villa for friends and family.

This ground floor villa has been fully refurbished throughout. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge/diner and kitchen. Full Sky TV package, Free Fiber Optic WIFI and air conditioning.
The upper level is totally independent and will remain closed off and empty. This allows complete privacy for your stay.
Outside there is a bar with a fridge, dishwasher and sink. This can be used for your refreshments to enjoy drinks by the pool and terrace. There are 2 covered areas to enjoy dining Al Fresco with plenty of seating and ample sunbeds to relax and unwind by the private oval shaped 12 m x 5 m swimming pool. There is a gas BBQ.
The villa is securely gated, with ample parking on the private drive, plus a car port.

The 4 bedrooms consist of, 1 Super King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. One king size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom
