Summary:
A secluded beautiful and peaceful modern retreat. With a modern and open design, this one floor neat and bright private 2 bedroom villa provides all necessary comfort required with latest technology. Smart designed large and functional kitchen, coffee bar and ensuite bedrooms connecting between pool, terrace and house. It's setting in the countryside gives the already large property an extra edge and ensures a serene and calm environment.
The Space:
DINING ROOM
The dining room sits centrally located looking out on the pool and into the garden. It connects the terrace and lounge area and the bright spacious living room overseeing the pool with the large kitchen. It has a coffee bar and fridge and is easily accessible from each of the guest room.
LIVING ROOM
A large and bright space serves as the living room providing lovely vistas into the seamlessly endless garden in front of the property. It connects directly to the terrace and lounge with the saltwater pool and to the dining room. There's a large Smart TV to watch from the cosy salon and ample space to enjoy good company.
GARDEN
The modern house sits at the end of a beautiful garden with a diversity and richness one can expect in a tropical setting. There's little disruption of the landscape with the
building existing at just the groundfloor level. In front of the elegant building there's a large covered terrace parallel to the pool overlooking the vast space of the garden. There are ample options for sitting and lounging. In the North-East corner of the property lies a small beach, with sand, fire pit and wooden loungers to enjoy the sunset in the West.
BEDROOMS
There are two guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both on the ground floor with one in the Northeast- and the other to the Southwest end of the building.
The very spacious bathrooms are well ventilated and providing a second entrance to the room by connecting to the terrace and poolside. Both large rooms have an abundance of natural light and come with a queen size bed and lots of options for clean storage as well as a desk and chair.
Guest Access:
The entire property, building, garden and saltwater pool is accessible, except for the locked master bedroom and the concierge house. A concierge lives on site and security is present at night.
The Neighborhood:
A quiet setting in a countryside surrounding, yet just a short scenic drive away from the center and it's vibrant activity. About 6km from the Old market and the touristic center of the town. Just around the corner of the Butterfly Paradise Center. Sits in the back off the Angkor Golf and is 8,6km from Siem Reap's International Airport.
Getting Around:
Transport and drivers are readily available at anytime.
Bicycles - any size - are available to rent.
There's ample secured parking space inside the property along the driveway.
