Peaceful and secluded, it accommodates 12 people across three bedrooms, with additional sleeping space provided by three bunk beds in a shared games room. This area also includes entertainment options such as a pool table, table tennis, table football and darts.

The outdoor area features a private heated pool surrounded by a spacious Astro-turf garden equipped with sun loungers, two recliner chairs, and a trampoline, making it a perfect sunbathing spot. Parking is ample and free outside the villa.

A standout feature is the well-equipped outdoor bar and kitchen area across from the pool, complete with a sound system, oven, microwave, barbecue, and sink. It's furnished with stools, a table, and chairs for alfresco dining, alongside a covered area with sofas and a hot tub, ideal for relaxation and social gatherings.
