While the villa shares proximity with two neighbouring villas, it offers dedicated parking for two vehicles and a uniquely serene atmosphere. This charming holiday villa offers a cozy retreat with minimalist design and thoughtful touches. Spread over 150m², it features four comfortable bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a welcoming living area, and a well-equipped kitchen—ideal for a relaxed family getaway. Accommodating up to eight guests (all in the four bedrooms), the villa is designed for comfort and ease. Three bedrooms and a shared bathroom are on the first floor, while the ground floor includes another bedroom and bathroom. With its inviting atmosphere and practical layout, this villa is perfect for a laid-back sea-view escape.
