Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom, over two-floor house in Colindale! With free parking for one car, this home is perfect for families or groups. Just 5 minutes from Colindale train station and Bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and less than a 10-minute walk to the RAF Museum and Police Academy. The University of Middlesex is within a 15-minute walk. Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in this spacious home with a delightful outdoor space.
The space
Ground Floor:
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a long hallway that leads to a fully equipped kitchen on the right. Here, you'll find everything you need to feel at home, including a hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, and all the necessary utensils for your stay. Continuing down the hallway, there’s a convenient half bathroom with a WC and sink. At the end of the hall, you’ll enter a large, combined living and dining area. The space is perfect for entertaining, with a stylish 4-seater dining table, two comfortable 3-seater sofas, and a television. The living room opens up to a generous garden through a large UPVC glass door. The garden, concreted for convenience, provides a spacious area for outdoor activities.
First Floor:
Upstairs, the first floor features a bright double bedroom on the left with two single beds, ample lighting from two windows, and a built-in wardrobe. Further down the hall, you’ll find a luxurious porcelain bathroom with a WC, sink, bath, and an overhead chrome shower. At the end of the hallway, there’s a second double bedroom with a cosy double bed and a standalone wardrobe.
Second Floor:
The top floor hosts the third double bedroom on the right, equipped with a double bed, a standalone wardrobe, and bedside cabinets. On the left, there’s an additional bathroom, also finished in elegant porcelain, featuring a large glass shower cubicle, WC, and sink.

Situated in Colindale, this newly refurbished end terrace house is ideally located for exploring London while enjoying a peaceful residential area. Colindale offers a variety of amenities, including supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, all within a 5-minute walk from the house. UNAUTHORISED LATE CHECK OUT / CHECK-IN
Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.

No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £300 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
