Our home is conveniently located near Leeds city centre, providing easy access to many popular tourist spots. It is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation with family and friends.

Our beautiful house is conveniently located just off Elland Road and is less than a 10 mins drive from the City Centre.

You can enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating sleep in our comfortable single beds. Rest assured that you'll have a cosy and relaxing experience in your own personal space.

Our second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, ensuring you have a restful night's sleep. You can look forward to waking up feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy your day.

Our bathroom has all modern fixtures, including a bathtub with shower for your ultimate relaxation experience.

Our living area is an inviting space and is the heart of our house, which boasts a 50 inch smart TV, for you to relax and unwind after a long day.

In our cosy haven, we offer both a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy dining area featuring 8 spaces altogether for your utmost convenience. Our fully equipped kitchen has all necessary amenities, while our dining area is a cosy spot where you can enjoy your meal while gazing at the private back garden views from the window and door.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
