Situated on the popular Castle Harbour complex with heated pool and poolside bar. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk along with 2 supermarkets. A must visit is the La Pepa food market where there are many food stalls. Free WIFI and washing machine

Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the complex Basura Huts and then leave the property keys at reception on your departure

All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.

If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.

Keys are available at reception on production of valid i.d.

The bedroom cupboards are locked for the owner but there is hanging space
upstairs for guests clothing.

Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area are charged at €2 per day.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
