About this space
Spend a wonderful stay at this very spacious and quiet property, that is on a lovely tree lined street, but within a short distance of iconic central London.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and lush, providing a sense of serenity and tranquility.
Featuring beautiful bay windows, high ceilings, and generously sized rooms, this is a home away from home.
Just a 10-minute stroll to New Malden station, for journeys to London Waterloo.
The nearby high street offers restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.
The space
Entering into the house down the front path, you are welcomed into a light, spacious hallway.
To the left is the front living room, with three sofas, and a TV, so a great place to chill out.
Next you enter into the second .living room, which has a very large L shaped sofa, so is a great place to gather. This room is open plan to the kitchen and dining area so is a great, sociable space.
The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up a quick breakfast or a full evening meal.
There is a breakfast bar with seating.
Additionally, the dining table comfortably seats 6 or more around the large table.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find three comfortable bedrooms (one with a king size bed, one double and one single) and two bathrooms. All bathrooms come fully stocked with toiletries (organic shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) and fluffy white towels.
On the second floor there is an additional double bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate workspace.
Outside, the garden are has some patio furniture. There is a small drained pond area, so this area may not be suitable for toddlers.
There is free on street parking on the street outside.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire house and garden to themselves.

Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
