This charming apartment with capacity for 6 people is located on the second floor of a building with a lift.
Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate the dining area and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV and decorative elements that make the space enjoyable at any time of the day.
The apartment has a modern, independent American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances.
It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The accommodation also has two modern, fully equipped bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The property has internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Refurbishment works will be carried out inside the property until the end of the year.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
