Enter this modern purpose built development and on the ground floor you will find this wonderful apartment. As you enter you will be welcomed by a great open plan living and dining area where you can relax after a day exploring London. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all the cooking utensils necessary to whip up your meal of choice. As a bonus this home comes with super fast WiFi and therefore perfect for those that rely on being connected.

There is a very spacious bedroom that contains a King size bed, plenty of cupboard space and a desk making it the perfect place for those guests that need to bring some work with them. The modern bathroom is equipped with both a bath and shower.

This flat is in the fantastic location of Nine Elms. It is a wonderful and well connected area of London. Queenstown Road, Wandsworth Road, Stockwell, and Clapham North Station are all a short walk away and offer connections to Central London in no time at all.

It is full of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, there is nightlife, as well a variety of local and independent shops. Right on the doorstep of this flat you will find the wonderful open space of Battersea Park where can enjoy walks, picnics, the lake, the playground or just soaking up the local scenery.

A great stay if you are in the city for work or vacation and want to be in easy reach of everything London has to offer.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
