For added convenience, the property is equipped with a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Chamartín is an upscale district located in the northern part of Madrid. It is home to the iconic Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, where Real Madrid plays.

One of Madrid's main railway stations, Chamartín Station, provides extensive rail connections, including high-speed AVE trains to major Spanish cities and regional trains. The district is well-served by multiple metro lines (1, 9, and 10) and numerous bus routes, ensuring easy access to other parts of Madrid. Its proximity to major highways such as the M-30 and A-1 facilitates convenient travel by car.

Chamartín boasts a diverse range of dining options, from traditional Spanish tapas bars to international cuisine and fine dining restaurants. In addition to the National Music Auditorium, Chamartín offers various cultural attractions, including theaters, galleries, and cinemas.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Closest station Pio XII (exit from Manuel Montilla), just 5 minute walk .
The bus 152, 50 mts from the property, takes you directly to Puerta del Sol


Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
