Eine wunderschöne, sehr geräumige Penthouse-Wohnung für 6 Personen, mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bad / Dusche Zimmer auf der obersten (5.) Stock eines modernen Gebäudes, das von einem Aufzug und kostenfreie Park & sichern Parkplatz abseits der Straße profitiert.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen offenen Wohnbereich, Küche und Essbereich sowie zwei sonnigen Balkon mit Panoramablick über die Dächer von Edinburgh. Die Lounge verfügt über bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und einen TV, der Essbereich bietet sechs Personen Platz und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie benötigen, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Toaster usw.

Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, Schlaf insgesamt sechs:
Schlafzimmer 1 - Kingsize-Bett, TV, Bad mit Badewanne und separater Dusche, viel Schrank und Schubladen für die Lagerung und den Zugang auf einen sonnigen Balkon mit Bistrotisch und Stühlen.
Schlafzimmer 2 - Kingsize-Bett, viel Schrank und Schubladen für die Lagerung und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Schlafzimmer 3 - Ein gemütliches Zimmer mit einem kleinen Doppelbett (120 cm), einem eigenen Badezimmer mit Dusche (nicht en-suite) und Zugang zu einem sonnigen Balkon mit Bistrotisch und Stühlen.

Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Haartrockner. Gratis WLAN-Zugang ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral am Rande der New Town von Edinburgh, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum mit all seinen Attraktionen entfernt. Die Hektik des Leith Walk ist am oberen Ende der Straße (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und Playhouse Theatre, St James Einkaufszentrum und der Princes Street (Edinburghs Haupteinkaufsstraße) in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Leith Walk bietet Busverbindungen zu den meisten Teilen von Edinburgh. Bahnhof Waverley und St Andrews Bushaltestelle sind beide weniger als 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung und Broughton Street, mit seinen vielseitige Mischung aus unabhängigen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars ist ein einfach 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Fantastic Apartment

Excellent location close to the tram line with easy access to all of Edinburgh’s highlights. Great views from the balcony for a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day and some lovely personal touches from the host such as a nice box of shortbread on arrival. Looking forward to the next visit!

Nice Spacious Apartment

This was a really nice apartment. Plenty of space and nice for a group of friends travelling together. The kitchen was well supplied. There is an elevator, but there is a 1/3 of a flight of stairs down to it. The location is a little far from most of the tourist attractions, but it worked well for us.

Well appointed with amazing natural light throughout. Washing machine is excellent and spins clothes dryer than most actual dryers. Location is fantastic - walkable to everything. Appreciated the parking availability as well.

The flat was very clean and comfortable The building was very quiet too. Kitchen was well stocked, nice touches like some essentials in the fridge for when we arrived. Perfect for the five of us!

We had five adults staying at Fiona place in Edinburgh and it was the perfect retreat for us all. The location is amazing - a short walk from many pubs, markets, and transportation options. Easy access to EDI via the tram, but far enough away to still feel away from the hustle and bustle of big city life. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the views were stunning. Our host, Fiona was great to work with as well. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again one day.

Stay in City Center apartment

Everything about the apartment was perfect! We were three generations of our small family of four, and everyone had their own spaces. The location is fantastic—an easy walk to Leith Walk and other places. There’s a very nearby convenience store that is…well, super convenient. Having the outside balcony is a huge bonus, with amazing views of the city. Uber works extremely well here, and getting around was easy. We all fell in love with our “home away from home” and the incredible city of Edinburgh.

A perfect apartment!

This apartment is amazing! You will not be disappointed. Very quiet, lovely bedrooms and 3 big bathrooms which are all newly decorated and high spec. The kitchen and seating area is also perfect. It really is fabulous, lots to do in walking distance and numerous eateries of all cuisines in very close proximity. 10/10 in every front! We will be back!

UK Vacation

The penthouse served us well since it is in walking distance of Edinburgh sites. We also drove to Dunnotar and Stirling castles as well as the Stirling Wheel. The penthouse was great with three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a spacious dining/living area. Fiona was quick to respond to our questions. Five stars no question.

Utterly Charming Holiday

Is there another place worth staying in Edinburgh? Perhaps, but why look further than this terrific apartment? On a quiet street but mere blocks from a host of delightful resources and activities, this flat is even prettier and nicer than shown in the photos. You have everything you need to prepare for the day or a cozy night in, with a stunning view of the city to enjoy night after night. Fiona is a stupendous hostess, perhaps the top of the list, and our family has rented dozens of places over the years. Don't sleep on this opportunity-but DO sleep in this lovely getaway.

Fabulous apartment

We stayed here for 3 nights in Jul 2023. Everything was wonderful. Hands down the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed at. Fiona was a great host and very responsive. The extras she left for us were very much appreciated, especially the coffee and milk after an overnight flight. This unit had everything and is very spacious, especially for the U.K. where apartments are often very small. Very quite location. 5/5

Fiona’s flat is a lovely, warm and well located place, it feels like a home away from home. She left a note to greet us and also some very special treats, shortbread cookies and tea biscuits. She provided a notebook with instructions about everything we needed to know and recommendations for dining or to experience in Edinburgh. Fiona anticipated our every need with a fully supplied kitchen, bathrooms and guides for the city and country. There were travel guides, maps and pamphlets. The furnishings and decor were very comfortable and personal. I felt like I was staying in a family home. I have some mobility issues, and the lift to the apartment made our stay even nicer. A garage was another plus. I recommend Fiona’s flat with 5 out of five stars!

Comfy Edinburgh Penthouse

The apartment was perfect for our party of five. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Our son used the third bathroom in the hall. The living room is very comfortable for a larger group as well. There’s no shortage of dining options nearby. We enjoyed Edinburgh Street Food (basically a food hall) and the Brass Monkey. A little further away but still walkable, we found Di Giorgio, an Italian cafe. Great breakfast and friendly ambiance. The penthouse is also within walking distance of sites like Calton Hill (visible from the balcony), the Royal Mile and Grass Market. Lastly, Fiona and her mum Diana were so friendly and welcoming. They were quick to respond to any questions and they were flexible as our plans changed due to travel delays. They even offered to meet the delivery driver to collect our lost luggage while we were en route from Aberdeen. If we return to Edinburgh, we will try to stay here again.
