I enjoy speaking to guests about the purpose of their trip whether it be a re-fit of a large shop, a new building project, student graduation ceremony, a fishing trip, a children’s karate/ swimming/ football tournament, visiting their mum and dad with their family, enjoying the thrills of Sunderland, Roker & Seaburn Beaches, Penshaw Monument, Hylton Castle and Stadium of Light I know the good pubs to visit and the ones to avoid, have used the gyms nearby over the years, played tennis & football at the local indoor facility, get the taxis regularly, walk the streets, help out the aged neighbors, refer tradesmen to other neighbors and shop at the stores in and around the town. So, I know Sunderland and the people and do not run my houses from the other side of the UK. I have learned that each and every guest is your most important guest and quality of service is of paramount importance. They deserve the utmost respect; customer care and their expectations must be exceeded to satisfy them that they have received the greatest value for the fee paid.
