The inviting living room features a spacious large sofa bed, perfect for relaxation, while the 125 cm smart TV ensures you can enjoy your favorite programs anytime. For a little meal or snack time, an ample table awaits in front of the cozy sofa. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the addition of a stepper, and don’t forget to admire the stunning vistas from the expansive terrace.

The kitchen is a chief's dream, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: an electric oven, a 5-burner stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a toaster for that perfect morning toast, and a juice maker to make refreshing drinks. With a microwave and a dining table also at your disposal, you’ll find it easy to create and enjoy delicious recipes.

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms equipped with premium fresh cotton linens, making sure you'll have an easy sleep. Each bedroom offers its own standard TV and an amazingmountain view, adding to the calming atmosphere of your stay.

With two well-appointed bathrooms, including one en-suite with a modern bathtub and another with a convenient shower, both come supplied with free toiletries and plush towels.

• To avoid injury, please supervise small children inside the house, on internal stairs.
• No smoking in the apartment. Please use the terrace to smoke. In case of smoking on the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events are allowed
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
• For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.
• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with GD 237/2001 republished in 2008 in the rules of Article 2 paragraph (5). It is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete the check-in form sent in the messages.
