Entrance to the structure is possible from the pedestrian access in via Carcano 26 or via Ravina 40, managed via digital keyboard and Pin code. Driveway accesses are reserved for customers who book garages or uncovered parking spaces.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and in the common areas, including electronic cigarettes and similar. Animals are not allowed in the property. It is forbidden to take internal equipment such as bed linen and towels, personal hygiene products and crockery outside the apartments. From 10:00 p.m. in all AR Living accommodation it is necessary to moderate the acoustic volume of oneself and of the electronic devices present. Please maintain silent behavior even in the internal and external common areas, avoiding shouting. The guests of the facility will have to maintain a behavior appropriate to coexistence so as not to cause harm to others and the environment and they undertake to ensure that their guests maintain the same behavior. The waste must be separated into the appropriate separate waste collection containers and taken outside to the designated collection areas. We invite you to promptly report any damage caused inside the apartments or in the structure to the AR Living Management with Whatsapp message or e-mail message. Otherwise, AR Living will charge the cost of repairing the damage caused to the guest's credit card entered at the time of booking. Any transgression of the rules of this regulation and the common rules of civil coexistence and good behavior will result in the immediate termination of the contract and the removal of the transgressor(s) from the property. In this case, AR Living is entitled to withhold the sums already paid by the client and to charge all the sums that may be useful for restoring the property, also as compensation for image damages.

Colletta Park Living is located in the Vanchiglietta district, an area in a strategic position due to its proximity to the center of Turin and the most well-known universities such as Campus Luigi Einaudi and Palazzo Nuovo.
