Entrance to the Loft, located on the first floor of the building, is possible from the pedestrian access in Via Filadelfia 232/6. Driveway access is reserved for customers who book uncovered parking spaces in the internal courtyard.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and in the common areas, including electronic cigarettes and similar. Animals are not allowed in the property. It is forbidden to take internal equipment such as bed linen and towels, personal hygiene products and crockery outside the apartments. From 10:00 p.m. in all AR Living accommodation it is necessary to moderate the acoustic volume of oneself and of the electronic devices present. Please maintain silent behavior even in the internal and external common areas, avoiding shouting.
