This elegant two-bedroom duplex 120 m2 apartment in Lisbon is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort and style. Spread over two floors, it boasts a spacious and open layout, ideal for relaxation and entertaining.
Situated on the seventh floor and accessible by lift, the property offers convenience and ease of access. The living room features a large, comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table that seats four.
The unit has two large fully equipped terraces on the seventh floor. It has amazing views to Castelo De Sao Jorge. Step out onto the terrace to find a seating area and a luxurious jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals effortlessly.”
For added convenience, the apartment includes a dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs.
Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. One bedroom features a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, providing an extra touch of luxury to your stay.
The two bathrooms are stocked with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

It’s well-connected by public transportation, including buses, trams, and the nearby metro stations, making it convenient for both locals and tourists to explore the area and beyond.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
