Dieses ganzjährige Ferienhaus wurde vor kurzem renoviert und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für den besten Urlaub am Meer in Newport!

Mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3. 5 Bädern, umfasst diese obere Ebene Triplex-Einheit zwei Etagen von Wohnraum mit einem König, eine Königin, zwei Zwillinge und ein Sofa-Bett, Platz für 8 Gäste insgesamt. Von der Master Suite ist eine kleine Sitzecke innen und eine große Dachterrasse draußen. Mit einem BBQ & zweiten Küche Raum mit Spüle & 2-Flammen-Herd oben, bietet die obere Ebene Deck einen schönen Platz für unterhaltsame und genießen spektakuläre Ausblicke auf Catalina Island, die Newport Pier und Kiefer-Sonnenuntergänge! Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Auto-Parkplatz (Standard-Fahrzeug nur), Münze-Wäsche vor Ort plus Internet & Big-Screen-TV mit Kabel.

Mit dem Sand, Ozean und Newport Pier nur wenige Schritte entfernt und die Balboa Pier, Fähre und Fun Zone einen kurzen Spaziergang oder Fahrrad fahren Süden, die Lage dieses Hauses wird nicht besser!

Great location, above the boardwalk noise.

There are several advantages to this property - you have a nice view of the surf from the third story. With the ground-level units, you cannot see the surf, but there is a lot of commotion from passers-by on the boardwalk. The first-floor units along the boardwalk are like living in a fishbowl. The property is only a block from the pier and restaurants, etc.

Great Location

The location was amazing. Loved waking up to the ocean views and the rooftop patio. We had a minor plumbing issue the first day but the property manager was quick to respond and to get someone out to fix the problem.

Horrible, Not even close to what is Listed

Cockroaches!! Me and my family stayed at this property for a weekend First, this property doesn't look anything like the photographs, they use a very wide lens camera to make it look wide and spacious but its not at all and the floorplan is very choppy. There were cockroaches on two of the three bathrooms all over the floor when you turn on the lights, there was no soap or shampoo anywhere in the property, the main master bedroom had very dirty towels that looked like they weren't washed and had make up on them…the list goes on. I wouldn't stay here for free.

Waves crashing view

If you want an amazing view, if you like to hear the waves crashing, enjoy a bike ride along the boardwalk, enjoy watching the surf action and like to walk to your restaurant options this is your spot. The upstairs deck was our favorite spot, we grilled out here ate all our meals on the deck, there are plenty of grilling utensils. You can sit in the sun or under the covered deck out of the sun but enjoying the outside. I could have stayed a month. The garage is a typical one car garage and our mini-cooper fit perfectly. it was the most relaxing vacation with an easy check in and check out process. BNR was very responsive and easy to reach.

great location close to all the action. can get noisy throughout night with the beach access for fire dept and beach maintenance trucks. very good huge terrace. small garage for car but super handy for the bike and beach toys etc

Perfect location with amazing views!

Our family enjoyed an amazing Christmas at this location and are looking forward to coming back! The balcony and outdoor kitchen area off of the master bedroom and sitting area were so comfortable and the views in the morning and evening were perfect! There was a little bit of everything within biking distance, so we never got in the car the whole time! The parking garage was too small for our Tahoe and full sized truck so we used it to house all 6 bikes we brought! Don't forget your bikes! We will definitely be back!

Quirky layout, but wonderful location and patio.

The layout of the home is a bit quirky. However, the Master bedroom and deck are awesome. Our family spent most of our time in that room and on the deck, so privacy was an issue. However, we were fine with it. Location is this unit’s big selling point. We were concerned about security. The Master bedroom windows were wood rotted, and someone could easily push them open even when locked. The locking mechanism was very flimsy and basically worthless. They were very difficult to close. What is concerning is that there was direct access to the balcony from the street. We had no idea whether or not other renters were being provided access to the balcony as well. It terrified my wife to think other people would be potentially hanging around up there with that flimsy widow. Worse off, there were no window coverings, so they would be able to watch us while we were sleeping. We did find the lockoff, and used it. However, something should be told to the renter regarding who is being provided access (or not) and whether or not it’s ok to use the lockoff. The garage is useless unless you have a small car. There was no way our SUV was going to fit in it. Parking really wasn’t much of an issue though. I felt we were properly warned about that. We were disappointed with the very meager supply of cheap single ply toilet paper and paper towels. It would cost just a couple dollars more per stay for a decent supply of some soft two ply. That kind of cost cutting tarnishes a renter’s overall impression from the onset. The stuff being provided is no better than using a leaf if you were backpacking in the woods. Yuck. You may want to consider cleaning the carpets in general, and repairing the carpet in the main living space in the corner closest to the kitchen. Those floor tacks are not pleasant to step on with bare feet. Some basic instructions should be provided to operate the tv. Freshening up the grout in the kitchen may leave a better impression on renters. Fixing the front door so it doesn’t look like someone can push the locked door open would be more comforting as well. Currently, it doesn’t latch properly and the wind can blow it open if not locked. These concerns are all easily fixable and can be done fairly inexpensively. Besides these suggestions, we felt the home was nicely decorated and adequately appointed. Perfect location and the Master and patio were AWESOME. The coupons provided were a nice touch.
