Seapoint apartment in the heart of Broadstairs is ideally located to enjoy all that the lovely town has to offer and with the seafront being less than a minute's walk from the flat, you can enjoy sea views from the moment you open the front door. A short stroll along the promenade will bring you to Broadstairs' varied selection of restaurants and shops - you couldn't be in a better location to relax and enjoy your holiday.

In the summer months the open bus tour even leaves from the end of the road.

Parking is on-road and free on all the streets around the apartment. Whilst it can get busy in the summer months, there is a steady turnover of spaces.

Seapoint Apartment is our newly renovated ground floor apartment, including 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a dining table in the bay window and a smart TV, kitchen with breakfast bar, washing-machine and dishwasher, bathroom with bath and shower.
**There is a courtyard but please note the outdoor space is overgrown at the moment hence why it’s not mentioned as selling point for the apartment**

You are a short walk from everything Broadstairs has to offer and a short distance from train and bus links to other attractions in the area such as Margate and Canterbury. London is just over an hour by train.

Broadstairs is a vibrant town hosting several food and music festivals throughout the year.

There are plenty of award-winning restaurants, fantastic bars and cafés to keep you busy. We advise you book in advance.

The main beach, Viking Bay, has a Surf and Stand Up Paddle board school, as does Joss Bay which is a short drive - or a beautiful walk for those who enjoy a good leg stretch.

Broadstairs is also home to some old-time seaside classics including amusement arcades, mini-golf and Punch 'n Judy shows. Bikes can also be hired in town.
