5 Amazing summers!
We had the most amazing experience with Nicole and her beautiful home. We rented this house for a month each summer with another family and it was perfect for us - we were 3 couples and 3 children (8 humans total) and it was just the right size for all of us... until our kids turned into giant teenagers and we grew out of the house. We were sad to leave but are happy to share the experience we had there.
The kitchen and dining areas fit all of us at the same time - but we mostly ate outside on the big deck. The inside has plenty of room to move around and have separate areas for games, toys, tv, and of course, there is a pool table!
The plunge pool is great for all of us - and Nicole keeps plenty of inflatables for the kids. There are loads of beach chairs, as well. The house is 150 steps from the beach (yes, they are the best steps I take every summer) and the people on the block are amazing. it's a short walk to town and, of course, she has bikes for riding...
Nicole's home will not disappoint. it's got AC, it's got plenty of space, and is really comfortable. It's not your everyday "FI beach rental", because it was actual a full time residence many years ago. It actually feels like a home, because it is a home.
