The lounge area boasts a modern open-plan design, seamlessly connected to the kitchen. Equipped with a SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
It also includes a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests.
The dining table is located in the lounge and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. It can easily seat 4 guests.
Step out onto the balcony from the lounge, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away for a long or short stay in Liverpool. There is an electric hob, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine.
The fully equipped kitchen is part of the open-plan layout, making it easy to socialize while you cook. It includes all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

The street is permits holders only, however there is an NCP parking multistorey right across the road from the apartment building.
