Welcome to Piraeus Abstract Flat, a delightful and luminous apartment adorned with beautiful colors, offering all the comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. Accommodating up to four guests, this elegant flat is situated on the fourth floor of the building, accessible by both elevator and stairs.
As you enter the apartment, you'll find a tastefully decorated living room with calming and relaxing hues. The space features a comfortable corner sofa that can convert into a bed, accommodating two additional guests. There is also a 43” smart television and high-speed Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
Patio doors lead from the living room to the veranda, where outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy the city's views.
Moving further, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stovetop, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer. The adjacent dining area provides a cozy setting for your meals.
The bedroom is bright and tastefully decorated with beautiful colors, ensuring a serene and restful atmosphere. It includes a comfortable queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and access to the veranda.
The bathroom is spacious and features a large shower, adding to your comfort. Additionally, a washing machine is available for your convenience.
Piraeus Abstract Flat boasts an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is just a 15-minute walk to Pasalimani, 20 minutes to Marina Zeas, a 10-minute drive to Piraeus Port, and a mere 10-minute drive to Freatida Beach.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
