Perfectly situated offering scenic countryside views over the Romney Marsh, and with the soft sands of St Mary’s Bay just 6 miles away, this is the perfect choice for large families who are looking to explore the best that Kent has to offer. The property is conveniently located in Brenzett and within easy reach of the Cinque Port Towns of Hythe (7 miles), Tenterden (9miles) and Rye (14 miles) which all offer historic charm and a variety of independent shops and cafes to explore. For those looking for some retail therapy, the Ashford McArthur Glen Designer outlet is only 11 miles away. Keen walkers and cyclists will be spoilt for choice with an abundance of footpaths and cycle trails to explore across the Romney Marshes which offer a flat terrain, and for a great family day out, hop on the nearby Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway for a trip along the Kent coastline to Dungeness.
Enter this newly built property (February 2024) into the welcoming hallway where there is space for dropping off shoes and coats, before heading into the spacious lounge/diner – a great space for keeping the family entertained. Light the fire on a chilly evening and gather everyone together around the 8K Ultra Smart TV and watch a film or have a family games evening with a selection of board games that can be played at the large dining table. The kitchen is located just off the dining area and is a chef’s paradise, offering everything you may need to create delicious celebratory meals. There is even a handy breakfast bar with a Smart TV, perfect for a morning coffee. The ground floor is completed with a handy utility room just off the kitchen and a ground-floor shower room with a WC. After a busy day exploring the local area, head up to the first floor where you will find four bedrooms: a super-king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room, a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and two double bedrooms, both of which have en-suite shower rooms. Completing the first floor is a family bathroom. A further set of stairs leads up to the second floor where you will find a family room with four single beds, a shower room and a games room/snug with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a cross trainer and a rowing machine – perfect for the teenagers looking to escape and relax in their own space.
Bi-fold doors from the lounge lead out into the fully enclosed garden which has views across the Kent countryside and is the perfect place for relaxing in the sunshine. An undercover seating area means you can enjoy the garden in all weathers. Alternatively enjoy a dip in the hot tub or some outside entertaining by cooking at the outdoor kitchen which has a gas BBQ and a pizza oven.
