The space
A wonderfully bright and spacious family home, located at the end of a quiet residential road. Well equipped with modern home comforts, and lovingly furnished throughout. A stone’s throw from a small parkland area, perfect for evening walks. Wokingham town centre is only a 5 minute drive or 40 minute walk.

- Single bedroom with study desk, freestanding, wardrobes and and en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, WC)
- Single bedroom with study desk, freestanding shelving and drawers
- Single bedroom (kids bed), raised bed with drawer storage underneath, small desk
- Family bathroom (bath, shower, sink, WC)

- French doors onto patio area with outdoor furniture (table and bench seating, with cushions)

I won't be around in person during your stay, however, I have help managing my property, with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

- Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
