Newly refurbished, this lovely house with 55m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a wide-screen TV where you can watch all your favourite shows.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dining table, among other utilities.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom is also a pleasant room with two single beds, a closet, and a working desk. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property offers easy access to some of the city's most iconic attractions. Just a short distance away, guests can visit the stunning Luís I Bridge and the historic Porto Cathedral. For those looking to sample the local cuisine, the popular Restaurante Abadia do Porto is located nearby. With its central location, this property is the perfect base for exploring all that Porto has to offer.

It is conveniently situated near two train stations - Campanhã, just a 1-minute walk away, and Campanha, a mere 3-minute walk. This makes it easily accessible for travelers looking to explore the city or venture further afield. The location offers a great starting point for anyone looking to experience all that Porto has to offer.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
