Enter the house through a private entrance and ascend the spacious and beautifully designed staircase to the first floor. To the left, you'll find a beautifully decorated, art-inspired living room with an original fireplace. This leads to a cosy sitting area with bookshelves and board games for family enjoyment. The living area also features a TV with Netflix and Prime for relaxation and has direct access to the garden.
The expansive kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes a dining table that seats up to 7 guests, with another entrance to the garden. The property also includes a separate laundry room in the basement, complete with a dryer, wall-mounted clothes drying rack, and an extra freezer.
The lush, green garden offers a seating area perfect for enjoying the sunshine or afternoon tea. Upstairs, there is a WC for guests and three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The second and third bedrooms are both doubles with en-suite bathrooms and underfloor heating.
