Terms and Conditions
1. Main guest must provide clear and fully readable passport (UK citizens - any official ID), address and telephone number three days before check-in via any available secure channel.
2. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00, no excessive noise during this time please.
3. Smoking, vaping (including balcony), parties and events are prohibited. The apartment has smoking, noise and crowd detection equipment. In case of smoking or vaping by anyone in the apartment the main guest obliged to pay a fee of £200.
4. No commercial photography or filming is allowed without prior consent.
5. Overcrowding and exceeding the maximum permitted amount of guests is prohibited.
6. At night interaction with the host or their representative is not available. If you are contacted by a host or their representative, please respond within 12 hours. If you do not respond within 12 hours the host or their representative have the right to enter the property.
7. The host or their representative have the right to enter the property in the case they have reasonable concerns about guests or other persons safety or possibility of property damage or violation of these terms and conditions.
8. On departure - leave the keys inside the apartment and lock it.
9. Cleaning: Do not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (e.g., moldy dishes, dirty carpets, pet stains, etc.). Cleaning fees are only intended to cover the cost of standard cleaning between bookings.
10. Litter – Please place trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
11. Damage: When guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, we expect you to notify hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are required to pay reasonable compensation if they are responsible for damages, missing items, or unexpected excessive cleaning fees.
12. Using, storing, or charging e-scooters, e-bikes and other electronic means of transport with batteries is not allowed at the property for fire safety reasons.
13. No pets allowed.
14. Key loss charge £200.
15. Do not try to open locked utility rooms, cupboards and other locked areas. This is for staff use only.
16. Read the front door's lock manual and always keep the front door locked. There is an alarm system that activates after two minutes if the door is not locked properly.
17. In case guests are in breach of any section of these terms and conditions the reservation is cancelled immediately without any refund or compensation and all guests must vacate the property immediately. The guests must compensate to the host all direct and indirect expenses caused by the breach of these terms and conditions.
