BPAR1088 - Cozy flat near the beach

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the famous borrow of Barceloneta, so you have everything walking distance. Our studio has 23m2 and it is newly refurbished and decorated.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, The open plan kitchen, of induction, is equipped with refrigerator, , oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle

In the neighborhood, which borders the Moll d'Espanya del Port Vell and the El Born neighborhood, you will find the beaches of Barceloneta and Sant Sebastià, the Museum of History of Catalonia or the Torre del Rellotge, the oldest construction in the area, which was built in 1772 as the port's lighthouse.

Apart from its beaches, Barceloneta attracts with its charisma, its 18th century houses, its gastronomy and the life that is breathed in its streets. It is a traditionally seafaring neighborhood, which was built with the aim of solving the housing problems in the area. Due to its proximity to the sea, many fishermen, sailors and port workers settled in the neighborhood. For this reason, in Barceloneta a notable gastronomic offer was developed around fish and seafood.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
