The recently refurbished kitchen (completed in 2023) boasts modern units and is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave. The master bedroom, located at the front of the building, treats you to stunning bay views and features a comfortable king-size bed and dressing table with mirror. The second bedroom, situated at the back of the building, overlooks the peaceful back garden and offers a second kingsize bed. Each bedroom comes with a wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a set of drawers for your convenience. The bathroom provides a relaxing space with a large walk-in shower, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience, complete with a heated towel rail. The large garden to the back of the building is shared with three other flats. For your convenience, car parking for one vehicle only is available via a narrow roadway to the left of the building.
