The apartment, on the ground floor of a residence, boasts a terrace furnished with a dining table that gives access to the living area. This is made up of a single open space furnished with a dining table, a double sofa bed, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a balcony, and one with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
