Welcome to our stylish and modern studio flat located in the heart of East London. This ground floor property offers a comfortable and convenient stay for up to 2 guests.

- Lost key charge of £100.
- An extra charge of £30 applies for unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs, as this disrupts our cleaning schedule.

Guests have access to the entire property. The main entrance is via the terrace. Enjoy the private and comfortable space with all modern amenities at your disposal.

** This my main property where I live, I am travelling this summer, so please treat the property as if it was yours.

- Additional Charges: Pet fees and travel cot rental are available upon request.
- Parking: Free parking on-site
- Check-in/out times: Check-in after 3pm and check-out before 11am. A £30 charge applies for early check-in or late check-out without prior permission.
Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
