Immediately from the entryway, turn right and enter the radiant living room. There are so many details to look at: the midnight blue velvet sofa, the magnificently colourful oil painting above the fireplace, and the floral pendant light hanging from the intricately moulded ceiling – all draw the eye and keep a firm grip on your attention. Access an intimate balcony through the large French doors, which overlooks the patio and garden beyond.

Descend the elegant spiral staircase to arrive in the sprawling open-plan kitchen and dining area. The gigantic kitchen is a sight to behold: all-black cabinetry and countertops contrast dazzlingly with the white walls and painted wood floors. The dark island is surrounded by enveloping counters, offering more than enough space for a team of chefs to do their work.
